The group's history can be traced back to 1976, when Mr. Liang Bohe and his partners established Zhihe in Hong Kong. It was one of the pioneering companies in China to enter the field of mold and fixture manufacturing.

In the 1980s, the company's business continued to expand, and it began to establish manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen, focusing on mold research and development, ultra-precision machining, and injection molding.

In the 1990s, Yuming Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong, and the name "Yuming Group" was thus established. As the business expanded, the company began to systemically apply for international certifications in pursuit of higher quality standards and to become a trusted supplier. In 1998, the company obtained UL & I certification.

The group's business flourished, expanding into the automotive components, aerospace materials, and smart appliances sectors. Subsidiaries were established in three cities in China, obtaining ISO14001 environmental management system certification, IATF 16949 automotive certification, Sony Green Partner (GP), and other certifications.

Dongguan Yucheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was subsequently established as the domestic headquarters. Building on a solid foundation in its main business, the company began to enter the medical and lighting industries, obtaining ISO 13485 medical system certification. In 2018, a significant breakthrough was achieved through collaboration with TTI in the development of a three-axis linkage fan in the power tool industry.

Yuming Group began to expand into the packaging and new materials industries. In order to achieve intelligent manufacturing within the factory and construct digitalized workshops to ensure efficient production, Chongqing Kaiwu Industrial was subsequently established.
